For a while now, I have been delving into customizing shoes. For some time I wanted to start doing this and last holiday I bought white shoes and a black permanent marker. I opted for a marker first to test out if I could do it a bit.
I chose a skyline after thinking about the design for a long time. The right shoe is the skyline of Amsterdam on the outside and a bicycle on the inside. Why I chose Amsterdam is because it is my favourite city in the Netherlands. The left outside is the skyline of New York, and the inside is a taxi. And why I chose New York is because I am very much a fan of America, and it is on my number one list of places I want to go someday.
Now I have also bought real leather paint and am actually painting shoes. This is now just on trial and error. But I definitely want to develop this into something big.
